Taekwondo Teen Program (Age 13–18 Years)
Teenagers face many physical and emotional challenges during their growing years. Our Teen Program helps them develop confidence, leadership, emotional control, and mental toughness through professional Taekwondo training.
Students learn advanced kicking techniques, sparring, poomsae, self-defence, strength training, and competition preparation. The program also promotes goal-setting, responsibility, and positive decision-making.
