Our Adult Program is ideal for individuals who want to improve fitness, reduce stress, learn self-defence, or challenge themselves with a new skill.

Training sessions include warm-up exercises, flexibility training, kicking drills, fitness workouts, self-defence techniques, sparring practice, and belt progression. No previous martial arts experience is required.
